Advance Call Logs Reports

Advance call logs allow you to analyses the response over your IVR number. It gives detailed reporting of call summary, date and call duration, caller’s number, and receiver’s number. It also helps to filter the calls from a particular region and provide a feature of downloading it. The admin can filter the information about by specifying the Campaign, Agent, and Start date, End date Customize Disposition etc. Call logs are important to analyze call flow.
